Our training is accessible to all culinary professionals: pastry chefs, bakers, cooks, caterers or simply culinary arts lovers.
There are no pre-requisites for taking a course in our workshop. Our techniques are basic.
The only reason for taking a course: the desire to spend a unique and unforgettable week in a magical setting where time stands still. You’ll work and share while creating sugar or chocolate pieces bearing the Klein trademark.
Our courses are not just demonstration but genuine hands-on training. You will reproduce every component at the same time as Stéphane or Paul, with their help. That is how we teach at our school.
