In this course we will create a blown sugar subject. Since each course is unique, we will either focus on an animal or a character.

Each student will reproduce the subjects along with me.

I will teach you my techniques, tips and know-how

We will blow each element of the body including the eyes and facial features, and then shine and smooth them. We will study proportions, balance and the staging of a subject, the play of textures, as well as all the secondary components that are also made of sugar

In this course, we will create a work of art exclusively from blown sugar.

We will create a suitable structure with pastillage and cast sugar for presenting and staging the piece, based on the subject that I have chosen.

Participants will receive a course binder with recipes and techniques.
